� However, if you prefer not to order using the internet, you may fax or mail your order by using our Offline Order Form, or place your order by choosing "email" at the checkout and indicate your prefer method of payment at the "additional information" section. Please note that this might make the ordering process a little longer. Emails to and from Luka B are not secure, therefore emailing credit card numbers to Luka B is strongly discouraged.

� To order by fax, Please be sure to include the quantity, product number(s) and name of the item(s) you are ordering, the billing and shipping address, as well as your credit card information.

Pricing & Taxes

� All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). For US and international orders, your credit card company will automatically convert the total and post the charge to your account. The actual exchange rate will be determined by your financial institution as of the date of your transaction.

� G.S.T will be applied to all orders shipped within Canada. Q.S.T and G.S.T. on all orders shipped within the province of Quebec.

� Canadian taxes are NOT applied to orders shipped outside of Canada

� Lukab.com is not responsible for duties and outside country taxes that may be charged once the order crosses the border.

� Luka B ships all orders via Canada Post. All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed on the next business day. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order. If there should be any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you right away via email. (See our back order policy)

� Due to governmental regulations, flammable or pressurized products can not be shipped by air.

� When your order has been shipped, you can request the tracking number and log on to Canada post to track your parcel. Luka B is not responsible for any delays that result from the postal service.

� Any order shipped overseas may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied after the shipment reaches your country. You may also be required to pay additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Contact your local customs office for further information.

Back orders

� In the event of unanticipated demand, a delay in receiving our inventory shipments, or other factors, a backorder may occur. If a requested item is backordered, you will be notified via e-mail.

� The shipping fees will base on the total order and if we ship an incomplete order, the backordered item will follow at no additional shipping charge.

Return policies

Luka B will gladly accept returns on most merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

� Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept refunds for opened or used products.

� When you decided to return your merchandise, please make sure to send us a request email to info@lukab.com within 30 days of purchase date with your information, reason of return, and invoice number. When we approve your request we will notify via email and you will be issued a "Return Authorization Number" and instructions on how to return the product.

� All return merchandise must be shipped with your Return Authorization Number and the original receipt. We will not process your returns if the receipt is missing. To avoid duties on returned merchandise returns from outside Canada, please mark on your waybill �returned merchandise� �no commercial value�. We suggest that the packaging that you received you order in be used for return of products and a shipping company that can track packages be used.

� Once we receive your returns, we will gladly refund for you. Please allow up to 30 days for processing of returns. When a refund is issued we will e-mail a confirmation. We regret that we do not refund the original shipping costs for returned items

Our mistake

Please notify us immediately if we have shipped you the wrong item or an item has broken, so we can quickly get you your proper item.

� We ask that you return the broken or the unused, re-sellable "error" item to us. Upon receipt, we will ship you the replacement item.

� You will not be responsible for the shipping charges required to correct our error.
